Uber reportedly in talks to buy Careem for $3.1 Billion

According to a report by Bloomberg, the companies may announce a cash-and-stock transaction that values Careem at about $3.1 billion in the coming weeks.

The U.S. ride-hailing giant will pay $1.4 billion in cash and $1.7 billion in stocks.
