The plain hummus (you have to check brands) is very keto friendly with only 2 to 3 carbs per serving.

Because hummus is 2-3 carbs per serving, shouldn’t it be on the lower part of the list. Most people don’t limit themselves to one serving (or even two), which is usually only about a tablespoon.

Am I doing something wrong? I look at your list and know that I am not eating things that are not on the list. Haven’t lost weight yet. Been doing this since the beginning of the month.
